Centific| Healthcare and Safety Content Expert – Chinese to English

Currently, we are looking for experienced expert in production management domain:

Requirements:
1.Excellent written and verbal skills in both en-US (native) and zh-CN.
2.Have experience in curriculum translation or human resource management knowledge or curriculum development experience, maybe a training lecturer at factory if possible. Preferably, the resource needs to have some experience on the production line in US factory, then he/she knows clearly how workers communicate with each other and how the workers speak with their leaders.
3.Capacity to validate the translation to ensure the alignment with industry-specific terminology and easy understanding for frontline workers and line leaders in factories. 

Nice-to-have:
1.Field experience in the factory/production line as a worker or manager.
2.Experience in localization/ translation of production management especially from zh-CN to en-US
