Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate | Lead Generation & Social Media | Trichy
We are looking for a creative, performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our real-estate marketing team in Trichy.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, paid advertising, WhatsApp marketing and digital campaigns with a strong focus on generating genuine property enquiries and converting them into qualified le and site visits.
This is not purely a social-media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how digital marketing contributes directly to lead generation, customer acquisition and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for residential plots and real-estate projects.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging property-related content, including posts, Reels, videos, stories and promotional creatives.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, le and conversions.
- Generate and improve the quality of property le and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track le, follow-ups and site visits.
- Develop WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer communication content.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research in the Trichy real-estate market.
- Improve local online visibility through Google Business Profile and local SEO activities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors or external agencies when required.
- Maintain weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, offers and campaign strategies to improve results.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase enquiries and property sales.
