One of our recruiter clients has an exciting opportunity with a client in Ireland for dedicated individuals who are eager to relocate and build a rewarding career as Healthcare Assistants, delivering vital home care services in Longford, Ireland.

How you'll role

We are seeking compassionate and qualified Healthcare Assistants to deliver personal, non-medical care to clients in their homes, supporting their physical, nutritional, and social needs according to their Care Plan.

What you'll do

• Provide personal, non-medical care and assistance to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with physical, nutritional, and social needs as outlined in the Care Plan.
• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and continence care.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobilising support.
• Assist with feeding and other daily activities.

What you'll need

• Qualified to Level 5 on the QQI Framework in Health or Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in care or healthcare.
• Understanding of geriatric health and mobility issues.
• Strong verbal communication skills and proficient in English.
• Full Irish (or recognised) Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
