Job Title: IT Help Desk
Location: 100% Onsite at Trafford House, Southmoor Road, Southmoor Industrial Estate, Manchester M23 9XD

Trust: Manchester University NHS FT
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00PM Or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £14.05/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth £1.98/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer's NI (worth ~ £2.98/hr) = £19.01/hr

Contract Duration: 12 months (subject to review and potential extension)

Job Summary:

This role is ideally for someone with IT Support or Customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Resolve issues raised for EPR system (HIVE).
