Compensation:

Role Overview
We are hiring a Loan Officer to advise borrowers and close consumer or commercial loans. The role combines sales, credit analysis, and a clear understanding of how to move applications from inquiry to funded.
Key Responsibilities
Generate le through inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound outreach
Conduct borrower interviews to understand financial needs and qualify applications
Collect documentation and submit applications for underwriting
Communicate clearly with borrowers throughout the loan process
Maintain compliance with lending regulations and disclosure requirements
Manage a pipeline and meet monthly origination targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
Active NMLS license or equivalent licensing required
2+ years in loan origination or financial services sales
Strong understanding of loan products and underwriting guidelines
Familiarity with LOS platforms (Encompass, LoanLogics, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated with track record in commission-based roles
