Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, testing, and production support for Oracle Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle Cloud Learning based on business requirements.
Support learning catalogs, courses, offerings, learning initiatives, assignments, and compliance.
Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, data migration, and deployment.
Work with Core HR and other HCM modules for end-to-end processes.
Provide post-go-live support and user guidance.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Learning experience.
Implementation/configuration experience.
Knowledge of Learning Management processes and integrations.
Experience with testing, data migration, and production support.
