Plant Delivery & Industrialisation Leader

Rolls-Royce SMR, a leader in British nuclear energy, seeks a Head of Plant Delivery Mobilisation to own the long-term vision for plant delivery capabilities across multiple programmes and geographies. The role shapes industrialisation, mobilisation and scalable delivery for a £3bn+ product portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead a large, cross-functional team, align enterprise-wide strategies, and drive readiness across Safety, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
