We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our
Eligard Home Injection Service Program in Saskatoon and surrounding communities. This role offers flexible, casual scheduling and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities
Administer subcutaneous injections in patients’ homes
Ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication administration
Monitor patient responses and provide education as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Uphold high standards of clinical care and professionalism
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid and current
Nursing (RN, RPN, LPN) license in Saskatchewan.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Commitment to delivering a high standard of quality care
