<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Revit Interior & Architectural Technician | Mid-Senior</p><p><strong>Industry sector:</strong> Workplace D&B Fit-out</p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> 45,000 – £65,000 (Depending on experience)</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Central London</p><p><strong>Workplace Policy:</strong> Studio Based (No Hybrid)</p><p><strong>Primary Software:</strong> Revit</p><p><br></p><p>A top design studio in Central London is looking for an experienced Technical Interior Designer to join their growing team. We need someone with a great portfolio that shows technical drawing packages for London office interiors, covering both large and small projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities and skills</p><p>High level of Revit proficiency to produce accurate project joinery (some construction) detailing.</p><p>Supporting members of the design team on various detailing problems.</p><p>Communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors on-site and across various London locations.</p><p>Experience gained within a commercial environment in either Traditional or D&B practices.</p><p>Substantial technical-design and project-delivery experience.</p><p>Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements.</p><p>Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.</p><p>Experience supporting projects during delivery at all stages.</p><p>Confident in working independently on projects and take ownership of on-site issues with architects and contractors.</p><p><br></p><p>Only UK experience/Revit users please</p><p>d.dsilva@manddrecruitment.co.uk</p><p>hello@manddrecruitment.co.uk</p>
