At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a heet to receive instructions, youll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Select products accurately to meet picking targets
Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy
Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)
Skills & Experience
Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role
Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock
