Shopify/Klaviyo Email Specialist – Agency Clients

We’re a performance marketing agency looking for an experienced Ecommerce Email Specialist to work across selected Shopify client accounts on an ongoing contractor basis.

Specifically looking for an email-only specialist. Please do not apply if email is one of many services you offer alongside SEO, paid , web development, etc.

Responsibilities

- Develop email strategies for Shopify brands

- Build and optimise automated flows

- Plan and manage regular campaigns

- Manage segmentation and list health

- Improve email revenue, conversion and retention

- A/B test subject lines, creative, offers and messaging

- Monitor deliverability and performance

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve results

- Work alongside our paid media team

Experience Required

- Strong Shopify ecommerce email experience

- Excellent knowledge of Klaviyo

- Experience with high-ticket / high-AOV brands

- Strong understanding of lifecycle and retention marketing

- Positive Upwork reviews related specifically to email marketing

- Able to provide examples of previous ecommerce results

- Proactive and able to work independently

- Takes ownership and completes tasks without constant management

- Clear, reliable communication

- Responds to messages within an appropriate timeframe

- Available during UK working hours

- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts

This is an ongoing contractor role with the opportunity for more client work as we grow.
