Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete project lifecycle from kick-off to final handover
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and quality teams for seamless execution
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract terms
- Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiations and performance evaluation
- Track project costs, variations, and claims; ensure approvals and documentation
- Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and risk assessments
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and statutory requirements are met
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues proactively
- Ensure timely preparation of progress reports, MIS, and billing documentation
- Oversee snag clearance, final handover, and project closure documentation
- Leadership and team management skills
