Work Details
- Work Setup: Work From Home
- Hiring Site: Quezon City (applicants must reside within 25 km)
- Start Dates: August 3, August 20, and August 26 (multiple hiring classes)
- Review and manage patient cases and clinical documentation with accuracy.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide case management support to U.S. patients.
- Ensure quality and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and escalate issues.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets while documenting all interactions.
- Active Philippine RN (PHRN) License
- Active U.S. RN (USRN) License (must be valid within six months of application)
- Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical nursing experience (internship alone does not qualify).
- Certificate of Employment (COE) from most recent nursing position is required.
- Resident within 25 km of the Quezon City site.
- Must have a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps for reliable WFH performance.
- Open to working night shifts (U.S. hours) and adjusting shifts as needed.
- Excellent English communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Up to ₱61,000 Total Salary Package
