Virtual Receptionist for Recording Studio

We need a virtual receptionist with a music background to handle phone calls and customer service for a recording studio. This role involves answering calls, connecting with musicians, understanding their needs, and booking studio sessions. Strong listening and communication skills are essential, as 90% of calls are lead-focused. You will also support customer service through phone, email, and social media. We prefer candidates in the US, ideally on the East Coast, due to our location in Maryland. Availability during overlapping hours is important, and being available from 8am to 10pm is a strong plus.
