Job Overview A leading global business services provider is hiring Customer Support Executives for a permanent work-from-home role. You will assist customers, resolve issues via calls, chat, or email, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries efficiently.
- Resolve order-related issues.
- Assist via calls, chat, and email.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction
- Monthly CTC: 16,000
- In-Hand Salary: 11,500
- Retention Bonus: 2,000 (After 3 months)
- Training: Full on-the-job training provided.
- Device: Laptop or Desktop.
- Processor: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or above.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
- OS: Windows 10 or above.
- Internet: Dedicated Wi-Fi with 50+ Mbps speed.
- Language: Fluent Kannada and English communication skills.

- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Shift: 9 hours daily (8 hours work + 1 hour split breaks).
- Days: 6 days working per week.
